Good conversations start
with the right guardrails.
DialPro builds practical calling safeguards into the workflow. Here is what the platform does—and what your organization remains responsible for.
CAMPAIGN ABANDON RATE
Dialing that knows when to slow down.
DialPro keeps the abandon rate under 3% per Campaign over a 30-day period, in line with the FTC Telemarketing Sales Rule. Dialing throttles automatically before the Campaign reaches that limit.

These rules are part of the calling workflow, from checking a number to logging what happened.
A two-second connection window
The 2-second agent connect window starts once answering machine detection gives a result. If no agent connects in that window, a message plays with the Campaign's Seller Name and Callback Number.
Call recording
Recording is on by default. Your Agents must tell each person at the start of the call that it may be recorded and ask if that is okay; DialPro shows a suggested opening line. Clients are responsible for recording notice and consent.
Local calling hours
Calls are placed only between 8am and 9pm in the lead's local time zone, based on the number's area code, not the agent's time zone.
US numbers only
DialPro blocks international dialing. Only US numbers are allowed.
DNC means no dialing
DNC registry scrubbing checks national DNC, state DNC, and litigator lists. Numbers on DNC cannot be dialed. A DNC disposition adds a number to the internal DNC list and hides it from agents; only a System Admin can remove it.
Consent age check
Predictive Campaigns skip leads whose consent is older than your configured window.
Number validation
Numbers are checked at import for line type and carrier. Invalid numbers are never dialed.
Active caller ID required
Caller ID rotates across the DIDs assigned to a Campaign, with local presence matching the lead's area code. A Campaign with no active DIDs cannot dial.
Inbound spam blocking
Admins can block unwanted incoming numbers. Calls from a blocked number are rejected before they reach an agent.
A timestamped trail
Every admin action and every DNC scrub result is logged with a timestamp for accountability.
Your organization is the Seller.
You are responsible for obtaining calling consent, maintaining your own National DNC Registry access (SAN), following applicable state laws, and obtaining call recording consent. DialPro's DNC scrubbing is a service—not legal protection or a substitute for your legal obligations.
