Overview

How the manual is organized, with a one-line description of every DialPro tab.

This manual follows the DialPro sidebar: one page per tab, in the same groups and order you see in the app. Each page says what the tab does, which roles can open it, and how to use it. Which tabs you see depends on your role.

Getting started

Softphone Dialer

  • Softphone Dialer: Set your status, take and place calls, and save a disposition after each call.

Operations

  • Dashboard: Call totals, a calls-by-hour chart, top Campaigns, and your most recent calls.
  • Floor Map: A live seat map of who is online and what status they are in.
  • Lists & Import: Upload CSV or XLSX Lists into a Campaign and manage the Records.
  • Campaigns: Create Campaigns and set their Dial Mode, seller details, DIDs, and Agents.

Reports

  • Call Logs: Search and filter past calls, see the disposition breakdown, and export a CSV.
  • Agent Reports: Each Agent's shifts, time per status, and calls, with CSV export.
  • Dialer Report: Weekly call performance by Campaign and each Campaign's pacing settings.
  • Audit Logs: A record of actions taken in the account, plus compliance events for owner-level roles.
  • Research Calls: Look up the full call history for a number and block unwanted incoming numbers.

Manage

  • Billing: Wallet balance, owned numbers and their monthly cost, and transaction history.
  • DIDs: Your caller ID numbers: buy, import, group, assign, hold, and retire them.
  • DNC: DNC service status, the SAN, scrub jobs, and the internal Do Not Call list.
  • Scripts: Build call scripts with sections and branches and publish them to Campaigns.
  • License Usage: The account's users and their live status; admins create and manage users here.
  • Settings: Your profile, role permissions, call recording, consent timeframe, and audio devices.

  • Troubleshooting: First checks when a call will not dial or a status looks stuck.
  • Glossary: Definitions of the terms used across DialPro.
