LegalCall Recording Policy

Call Recording Policy

Draft recording notice and consent responsibilities for calls made with DialPro.

Recording is on by default

DialPro records calls made through the service. Recording is on by default.

Notice at the start of every call

The client's Agents must tell each person at the start of every call that the call may be recorded and ask if that is okay. If the person objects, the Agent must end the call. DialPro shows a suggested opening line for Agents to use.

Client responsibility

The client is the Seller and is responsible for giving every recording notice and for obtaining, documenting, and maintaining all required calling and recording consent. Requirements may differ by jurisdiction. The client must not place a call through DialPro if it cannot lawfully record that call.

Access and retention

Call recordings and related call logs are stored as part of the service. Only the client's authorized users may access its recordings. Recordings are kept as described in the Privacy Policy.
