Purpose
DialPro provides outbound calling tools for lawful business use. The client is responsible for the conduct of its users and for every call it makes through DialPro.
Prohibited activity
You may not use DialPro to:
- Make prerecorded calls or robocalls without the consent required by applicable law.
- Spoof caller ID or misrepresent the source of a call.
- Call a number on a Do Not Call (DNC) list or attempt to work around a DNC restriction.
- Place international calls. DialPro permits US numbers only.
- Make illegal, threatening, deceptive, abusive, or harassing calls.
- Bypass calling-hour restrictions, abandon-rate controls, or other compliance safeguards.
Client obligations
The client is the Seller and must obtain required calling and recording consent, give the required recording notice, maintain its own National DNC Registry access (SAN), and comply with TCPA, TSR, state, and other applicable laws. The optional DNC scrub is a service, not a substitute for these obligations.
Enforcement
DialPro may suspend an account right away for any misuse, or any violation of this policy or the law. DialPro may end an account for a material breach of the Terms and Conditions, or for repeated or serious violations. For questions, contact info@primereach.solutions.
