One platform.
Three ways to dial.
Every Campaign has its own rhythm. Pick the dialing mode that suits the work, then change it from Pacing Settings when your needs change.
Predictive
Predictive dialing anticipates agent availability to keep outbound calls moving and reduce time between conversations.
When to use it
Use it when a team is actively working through a List and the priority is a steady flow of live conversations.
- Paces dialing around agent availability
- Voicemail detection: Off, Standard, or Premium
- Subject to the same compliance guards
Power
Power dialing moves through Records at a more deliberate pace as agents become available to take the next call.
When to use it
Use it when you want a straightforward, controlled rhythm without predictive pacing.
- A measured outbound workflow
- Moves agents through the List
- Switch modes in Pacing Settings
Preview
Preview dialing gives the agent time to review the Record's information before starting the call.
When to use it
Use it when a conversation benefits from a little preparation or contact-specific context first.
- Review before placing a call
- See the Record's contact details
- Useful for context-rich outreach
All three modes are available on every Campaign. Voicemail detection (Off, Standard, or Premium) works on Predictive Campaigns: voicemails are detected and hung up before an agent hears them. Set it in Pacing Settings.
Compliance safeguards, including DNC restrictions and calling-hour rules, apply in every mode.
Find the pace that fits your team.
