Compliance & DNC Policy

Draft policy on abandon pacing, connection messages, calling hours, DNC, DIDs, logs, and Seller responsibilities.

1. Campaign abandon rate

DialPro keeps the abandon rate under 3% per Campaign over a 30-day period, consistent with the FTC Telemarketing Sales Rule. Dialing throttles automatically before the Campaign reaches that limit.

The 2-second agent connect window starts once answering machine detection gives a result. If an Agent does not connect within that window, a message plays with the Campaign's Seller Name and Callback Number. The client is responsible for making sure those fields are accurate.

3. Call recording

Recording is on by default. The client's Agents must tell each person at the start of the call that it may be recorded and ask if that is okay. DialPro shows a suggested opening line. The client is responsible for recording notice and for any calling and recording consent required by law. See the Call Recording Policy.

4. Calling hours and permitted destinations

DialPro places calls only between 8am and 9pm in the called person's local time zone, based on the number's area code. Only US numbers are permitted; international dialing is blocked.

5. DNC controls and optional scrubbing

Clients may turn on a separately billed, per-Record List scrub against national DNC, state DNC, and litigator lists through our DNC data provider. Number validation at import checks line type and carrier, and invalid numbers are never dialed. If the scrub is off, the client's own DNC column is used in the List import. A DNC number cannot be dialed. A DNC disposition adds the number to the internal DNC list and hides it from Agents. Only a System Admin may remove a number from that internal list.

6. Caller ID and Campaign eligibility

Caller ID rotates across the DIDs assigned to a Campaign, and local presence calls from a number with the lead's area code. DID Health checks numbers for spam risk, applies daily call limits per number, and automatically rests flagged numbers. A Campaign with no active DIDs cannot dial. Caller ID spoofing is prohibited.

7. Activity records

Every admin action and every DNC scrub result is logged with a timestamp.

8. Client responsibility

The client is the Seller. The client remains responsible for consent, its own National DNC Registry access and SAN, applicable state laws, and call recording consent. DialPro's DNC scrubbing is a service, not legal protection or a replacement for independent legal advice and compliance obligations.
