User ManualReportsAudit Logs

Audit Logs

A record of actions taken in the account, plus compliance events for owner-level roles.

About this tab

Audit Logs lists actions taken in the account, such as status changes, user and Campaign creation, and contact deletions, with who did them and when. Owner-level roles also get a Compliance Events view of DNC, calling-hour, and recording events.

Who can access it

All roles can open the tab: Agent, Admin, Super Admin, Account Owner, System Admin. The audit log itself is only returned to Admin, Super Admin, Account Owner, and System Admin, so an Agent sees an empty list. Compliance Events is shown to Super Admin and Account Owner. An event's Proof is set by DialPro.

Step by step

  1. Open Audit Logs.
  2. Set From and To to choose a time window.
  3. Choose a Module to show one area of the app, or All modules. Optionally choose an Action in that module.
  4. Sort by User, Time, Module, Action, or Message.
  5. Click Refresh to load new entries. The list also refreshes on its own.
  6. Owner-level roles: switch to Compliance Events, filter by event type, and click Export CSV if needed.

Fields explained

  • User: Who took the action, or System.
  • Time: When the action happened.
  • Module: The area of the app the action belongs to.
  • Action: What was done.
  • Message: A short description of the change.
  • Compliance Events: Read-only list of compliance events with Event, Number, Reason, and Details.
  • Proof: A record for a compliance event. Set by DialPro.

DNC daily retries in the audit log

DialPro writes these entries on its own, with System as the user and DNC as the module:

  • DNC Daily Retry: one entry per List each time DialPro retries the numbers that could not be checked. The message names the List and says how many numbers were checked again, how many got a result, how many still could not be checked, and how many are now not verified.
  • DNC Numbers Not Verified: one entry per List when numbers become Not verified after 3 daily retries with no answer from the DNC registry. The message says how many numbers are not dialed and how many people were emailed.

To find them:

  1. Open Audit Logs.
  2. Set From and To to the days you want.
  3. Choose DNC in Module.
  4. Choose DNC Daily Retry or DNC Numbers Not Verified in Action.

The same steps also show in the List's Details > History in Lists & Import > Import History.
