About this tab
DIDs is your pool of caller ID numbers. You buy or import numbers here, put them in groups, assign them to Campaigns, and hold or retire them.
Number Health keeps your numbers usable: it tracks each caller ID's answer rate, short calls, and spam risk, stops each number at its daily call limit, and rests flagged numbers for 14 days before returning them automatically. We fix burned numbers. We don't sell you more.

Number Health
Every number in the DIDs table shows its health, so you can see which caller IDs are working and which need a break.
Health columns
The DIDs table shows these columns after Assigned Campaign: Calls Today, Limit, Answer Rate, Short Calls %, Spam Risk, and Rest Until.
- Calls Today: How many calls the number has placed today, across all Campaigns. The count is green under 75 calls, yellow from 75 to 150, and red over 150. Click the header to sort.
- Limit: The call levels the colours are based on, shown as 75 / 150: the daily limit, then the upper level. Hover the header to see the scale.
- Answer Rate: The share of calls from this number that were answered, over the last few days. A sudden drop usually means the number is being flagged.
- Short Calls %: The share of answered calls that ended in under 6 seconds, over the last few days. A high number is an early sign the number looks like spam.
- Spam Risk: How likely the number is to be labeled as spam: low, medium, or high. Spam risk is checked every day for every number; hover the badge to see when it was last checked. A number not checked yet shows Not checked.
- Rest Until: For a resting number, the date it comes back into rotation.
Daily limit
Each number has a daily limit: the most calls it places in one day. The default is 75 calls a day, counted across every Campaign that uses the number. Caller ID rotates round-robin across the Campaign's healthy numbers, and a number that reaches its limit is skipped for the rest of the day. Spreading calls this way keeps any one number from burning out.
At Limit
The At Limit card on the DIDs tab decides what a Campaign does when every one of its numbers has reached the daily limit:
- Pause (default): the Campaign stops until tomorrow.
- Continue anyway: the Campaign keeps dialing past the limit. You are asked to confirm first, because numbers that place too many calls are more likely to be marked as spam. The change is recorded in the audit log.
Admins are alerted at 80% and 100% of a Campaign's daily capacity, with a banner on the Campaign card and an email. See Campaigns.
Rest
A number with high spam risk, a very low answer rate, or too many short calls is flagged. When a number is flagged, DialPro rests it for 14 days: it leaves the rotation, the Campaign keeps dialing on its other healthy numbers, and the number returns to rotation automatically when the rest ends.
Low-number alerts
When a Campaign has fewer than 3 active numbers, admins get a low-number alert on the dashboard, so you can import or reassign numbers before dialing slows down.
