Getting started

Log in, learn the five roles, and work through the first-day setup checklist.

About this tab

This page walks you from an empty account to a Campaign that Agents can dial. You set up numbers, a Campaign, and a List before Agents log in.

Who can access it

All roles: Agent, Admin, Super Admin, Account Owner, System Admin. The setup steps themselves need Admin or above; buying numbers needs Account Owner, Super Admin, or System Admin.

Step by step

  1. Open [APP_URL] in your browser.
  2. Log in with your DialPro account.
  3. Buy or import DIDs in the DIDs tab.
  4. Create a Campaign in the Campaigns tab.
  5. Import a List into that Campaign in Lists & Import.
  6. Assign DID groups to the Campaign.
  7. Create users in License Usage.
  8. Assign Agents to the Campaign with the Assigned Agents picker.
  9. Ask an Agent to log in and set their status to Ready.

Fields explained

  • Agent: Works in the Softphone Dialer, handles calls, and saves dispositions.
  • Admin: The team leader. Manages Campaigns, Lists, DIDs, Scripts, and reports, but has no Billing, DNC, or Floor Map tab.
  • Account Owner: The client's owner or manager. Everything an Admin can do, plus Billing, DNC, and buying or importing numbers.
  • Super Admin: The Account Owner's assistant, with the same tabs and powers as the Account Owner.
  • System Admin: DialPro's own administrator, with every tab and the System Admin-only controls.
  • DID: A caller ID phone number; Campaigns need active assigned DIDs to dial.
  • Campaign: Where the Dial Mode, seller details, Lists, DID groups, and Agents come together.
