Fields explained

  • List: An uploaded file of contacts.
  • Record: One contact or number inside a List. A Record can hold several labeled phone numbers.
  • Lead: Only a person an Agent converted on a call, not every imported Record.
  • DID: The caller ID phone number.
  • DID Group: A group of DIDs assigned together to a Campaign.
  • Disposition: The outcome an Agent selects and saves for a call.
  • Wrap-up: The automatic state after a call ends; it lasts until Save Call Disposition is clicked.
  • Abandon rate: The Campaign's measure of answered calls not connected to an Agent in time. DialPro keeps it under 3% per Campaign over 30 days and throttles dialing automatically.
  • DNC: Do Not Call; a number on DNC cannot be dialed.
  • Internal DNC list: The account's own Do Not Call list, managed in the DNC tab.
  • Litigator: A list used in DNC registry scrubbing, alongside national and state DNC lists, to identify potential litigation-risk contacts.
  • SAN: Subscription Account Number for a client's own National DNC Registry access.
  • Predictive: A dialing mode that anticipates Agent availability to keep calls moving.
  • Power: A more controlled dialing pace as Agents become available.
  • Preview: A dialing mode that lets an Agent review a Record before placing the call.
  • AMD: Answering machine detection, set per Campaign to Off, Standard, or Premium.
  • Enforce (DNC mode): Every number is checked before it is dialed. A clear result is good for 30 days. Each check is charged from the wallet.
  • Off (DNC mode): No checks before dialing and no charge. You must scrub your own Lists at least every 31 days.
  • Daily number limit: The most calls one caller ID places in a day (default 75). After that, the next number is used.
  • Rest period: The 14 days a flagged number spends out of rotation before it comes back on its own.
  • Spam risk: How likely a number is to be labeled as spam. It is checked daily for every number.
  • Local presence: Calling each record from one of your numbers with the record's area code, when one is available.
  • Wallet: Your prepaid balance. Paid services and owned numbers are charged from it.
  • Usage charge: One charge taken from the wallet each time a paid service is used, such as a DNC check, number validation, or voicemail detection.
  • DID Health: Spam-risk checks, daily call limits per number, and auto-rest for flagged numbers.
  • Number validation: An import check of each number's line type and carrier; invalid numbers are never dialed.
  • Consent age check: Predictive Campaigns skip records whose consent is older than the configured window. Set in Settings > Consent timeframe.
  • Interested: A disposition. The Dashboard chart's Interested view counts records marked Interested, by hour.
  • DNC check pending: A number whose DNC check could not be done. It is held from dialing until a later check gives a result.
  • 31-day re-check alert: An email and banner sent at day 24 and day 31 after a List's last clear DNC check, so you can check it again in time.
  • DNC addendum: A signed agreement on file with DialPro. It is needed to import a List with the DNC scrub off.
  • Agent / Admin / Super Admin / Account Owner / System Admin: The five DialPro roles. See Getting started.
