About this tab
You build call scripts here and assign them to Campaigns. A script is a list of sections, each with a main line and optional branches for common responses, and Agents see the published script during calls.
Who can access it
Admin, Super Admin, Account Owner, System Admin. Agents do not have this tab; they see the published script on the call screen.
Step by step
- Open Scripts.
- Click New Script and enter a Script name.
- Click Add Section and give it a title, such as Opening.
- Write the Main line, the Agent's default line for that section.
- Click Add Branch to add a response for a situation, such as Not interested.
- Reorder sections with the up and down arrows.
- Click Save Draft to keep your work without publishing it.
- Click Publish to make the script available to Agents.
- From a script's menu, use Edit, Clone, or Delete.
