About this tab
Agents set their status here, take inbound calls, place calls to a Record's numbers, and save a disposition after each call.
Who can access it
Agent. Admin, Super Admin, and Account Owner do not have this tab, but the dialer screen still opens for them while they are placing or on a call, wrapping up a call, or reviewing a call log.
Step by step
- Log in to DialPro.
- Click Ready when you are available to take calls.
- Open the Record's Contact Information on the call screen.
- Click a listed phone number if you need to call that number.
- Handle the conversation.
- Select a call disposition.
- Click Save Call Disposition to save the outcome and end the call workflow.
- Choose Not Ready, Break, Meeting, or Bathroom when that status fits your availability.
- Log out when your session is finished.
Fields explained
- Ready / Not Ready / Break / Meeting / Bathroom: Statuses the Agent can click. The status badge has a live mm:ss timer.
- Wrap-up: Starts automatically when a call ends and stays until Save Call Disposition is clicked.
- Offline: Set automatically when the Agent logs out. It is not a clickable status button.
- Contact Information: Shows every phone number on the Record; each number is clickable to call. A number that cannot be dialed shows a badge next to its label, and its call button is turned off.
- Not verified badge: Shown next to a number's label, for example Mobile · Not verified. DialPro tried to check the number for 3 days and the DNC registry gave no answer, so the number is not dialed. Hover over the button to read why. It is checked again at the next Re-scrub list. The Record's other numbers can still be dialed.
- Active Script: The Campaign's published script, shown during the call.
- Disposition: The saved outcome of the call. A DNC disposition adds the number to the internal DNC list and hides it from Agents.
- Inbound popup: Appears when an inbound call arrives for the Agent.
