Campaigns

Create a Campaign, set answering machine detection, manage its DIDs and Agents one by one or with Bulk Add, read number advice, and bulk edit settings.

About this tab

You create and edit Campaigns here. Each Campaign holds its Dial Mode, seller details, assigned DIDs, assigned Agents, and Script, and it cannot dial until it has active DIDs.

Who can access it

Admin, Super Admin, Account Owner, System Admin. Agents do not have this tab; they dial the Campaigns they are assigned to.

  • Assign DIDs and Agents (Manage and Bulk Add): Account Owner, Super Admin, Admin.

Step by step

  1. Open Campaigns.
  2. Click New Campaign.
  3. Enter the Campaign Name and an optional Description.
  4. Choose the Dial Mode: Predictive Mode, Power Dialer Mode, or Preview Dialer Mode.
  5. For a Predictive Campaign, enter the Seller Name and Callback Number.
  6. Choose the Answering machine detection setting: Off, Standard, or Premium.
  7. Save the Campaign.
  8. Click the Campaign row to open its details. You see three cards: DIDs, Agents, and Script.
  9. On the DIDs card, click Manage. In Manage DIDs, select the DID groups to assign, or use Select All Groups, and save.
  10. On the Agents card, click Manage. In Manage Agents, select the Agents, or use Select All Agents, and save.
  11. Check the number advice on the DIDs card (see below).

To add DIDs, Agents, or a Script to several Campaigns at once:

  1. Tick the Campaigns, or use Select All.
  2. Click Bulk Add.
  3. Under Add DIDs, pick the DID groups and how to add them:
    • Share the selected numbers with all selected campaigns: each number serves every selected Campaign.
    • Split between campaigns: the numbers are split evenly across the selected Campaigns.
  4. Under Add Agents, pick the Agents to add.
  5. Under Set Script, pick a Script, or keep each Campaign's Script.
  6. Review the summary and confirm.

For a bulk change of settings:

  1. Tick the Campaigns to update.
  2. Click Bulk Edit.
  3. Use Activate All or Pause All, Change Dialing Mode, Change Script, or the Seller Name and Callback Number fields. Only fields you fill in are changed.
  4. Apply the bulk edit.

DIDs card and number advice

The DIDs card on each Campaign shows the numbers it dials from and whether there are enough of them for the Agents on it.

  • DIDs assigned: How many numbers the Campaign has.
  • Expected dials today: Based on the Campaign's last 7 days, or on its assigned Agents when it has no recent calls.
  • Capacity: How many calls these numbers can still place today, after other Campaigns' calls on the same numbers.
  • Expected calls per DID: Green, yellow, or red. When it is too high, the card says Add N numbers to stay under 75.
  • Shared DIDs: How many of the numbers are also used by other Campaigns. One number can be used on many Campaigns; a Shared tag on a number shows which other Campaigns use it and how many calls each placed today.
  • Near limit (80%+) and Over limit: Numbers close to or past their daily limit.
  • Search a number, or filter with All, Shared, Near limit, or Over limit. Each number shows its calls today against the limit. Click a number to open it in DIDs.

When the Campaign's numbers reach 80% of today's capacity, a yellow banner appears on the Campaign card. At 100%, a red banner shows what happens next, based on the At Limit setting in DIDs: the Campaign pauses until tomorrow, or keeps dialing. The same alerts go out by email.

Fields explained

  • Name: Identifies the Campaign.
  • Status badge: Active (green) means the Campaign can dial. Paused (red) means it is stopped. When DialPro stops a Campaign on its own, a red badge under the name gives the reason. Use Pause Campaign or Activate Campaign to change it, and the status filter to show All campaigns, Active, or Paused.
  • Seller Name: Used in the legal message if an Agent does not connect in time.
  • Callback Number: Used with the Seller Name in that legal message.
  • Dial Mode: Predictive, Power, or Preview pacing for the Campaign.
  • Answering machine detection (AMD): Off, Standard, or Premium, set per Campaign.
  • DIDs card / Manage DIDs: Select groups, not individual numbers. The card lists the assigned numbers.
  • Caller ID rotation: Caller ID automatically rotates across the Campaign's assigned DIDs.
  • Daily number limit: Each caller ID stops after its daily limit (default 75 calls a day) and the next number is used. When all numbers reach the limit, the At Limit setting decides: Pause (the default) stops the Campaign until tomorrow; Continue anyway keeps dialing.
  • Local presence: When on, DialPro calls each record from one of your numbers with the record's area code, when one is available.
  • Smart pacing (Pacing Settings): DialPro dials more lines when fewer people answer, so Agents wait less. It keeps abandoned calls under the legal 3% limit.
  • Calling hours: DialPro only dials from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. in the record's local time, for both manual and auto dialing.
  • Paused: paid DNC scrub needs balance: The wallet is empty and the next record needs a paid DNC check. The Campaign restarts on its own after a top-up.
  • Agents card / Manage Agents: Chooses which Agents work the Campaign. Agents see and dial Records only from Campaigns they are assigned to.
  • Bulk Add: Adds DIDs, Agents, or a Script to several selected Campaigns at once.
