Troubleshooting

Quick checks for blocked calls, DNC numbers, stuck statuses, and suspended DIDs.

About this tab

This page lists first checks for common problems: a Campaign or number that will not dial, a status that looks stuck, or a Suspended number.

Who can access it

All roles: Agent, Admin, Super Admin, Account Owner, System Admin. Agents can check their own status and report problems; the fixes for Campaigns and DIDs need Admin or above, and wallet fixes need Account Owner, Super Admin, or System Admin.

Step by step

  1. Check for active DIDs on the Campaign if it cannot dial.
  2. Check the DNC status if one number will not dial.
  3. Check the called number's local time zone if a call is blocked by calling hours (8am to 9pm local time).
  4. Check the number's country if international dialing is blocked.
  5. Log out and back in if an Agent's status appears stuck.
  6. Ask an admin to Force Sign Out the user in License Usage if the session remains stuck.
  7. Check the wallet balance in Billing if a DID is Suspended.
