Billing

Pay only for what you use: wallet balance, the Owned Numbers, This Month, and Transaction History tabs, usage lines, low balance alerts, CSV export, and wallet top-ups by card.

About this tab

Billing shows your wallet: the balance, what your owned numbers cost each month, the month's totals, and every charge and top-up. The wallet is pay-as-you-go: it pays for the services you use, such as owned phone numbers, DNC registry scrubbing, number validation, and voicemail detection.

The Wallet Balance and Monthly Burn are always at the top. Below them, a tab bar has three tabs:

  • Owned Numbers
  • This Month
  • Transaction History

A small dot on a tab means something there needs your attention, for example a low balance on Owned Numbers or an unpaid line in Transaction History.

Who can access it

Super Admin, Account Owner. Admins and Agents do not have this tab and cannot see wallet or cost data.

Step by step

Top up the wallet by card

  1. Open Billing.
  2. Click Top up wallet.
  3. Click one of the amount buttons, or click Custom and enter a whole-dollar amount.
  4. Click Continue to payment.
  5. Pay by card in the secure payment window.
  6. Wait for Waiting for payment confirmation… to finish. The credit is added to the Wallet Balance automatically.

Review your costs

  1. Open Billing and check the Wallet Balance and Monthly Burn.
  2. Click Owned Numbers to see each number's Status and Monthly Cost.
  3. Click This Month to see the month's totals per type.
  4. Click Transaction History to see every charge and top-up, line by line.
  5. Filter by Type and by From and To dates. Clear filters resets them.
  6. Click Load more to see older lines.
  7. Click Export CSV to download the history with the current filters.

Wallet and usage

DialPro billing is pay-as-you-go: you add funds to the wallet, and each service you use is taken from the balance as you use it. Nothing is charged for a service you leave off.

  • What the wallet pays for: owned phone numbers, plus paid services charged per use: voicemail detection, number validation, and DNC checks.
  • Usage lines: Every charge and top-up is one line in Transaction History with its date, type, quantity, unit price, amount, the balance after it, the Campaign, notes, and who added it.
  • This Month: The current calendar month's total per type: Top-ups, DID charges, DNC scrubs, Number validation, AMD Standard, and AMD Premium.
  • Low balance and empty wallet alerts: When the balance runs low or runs out, the Account Owner and Super Admin get an email naming the services that will stop.
  • When the wallet is empty: Only paid services stop. Normal dialing continues for records that don't need a paid service. After a top-up you get a "services restored" email.
  • Cost before you commit: Imports and re-scrubs show the cost of the checks you chose before you start, and a job that would overdraw the wallet does not start.
